Original Art 48”x60”
Acrylic paint ( 2020)
"This piece was inspired by the Enlightenment of the Buddha. I began the journey of this painting with the Buddha’s face, slowly letting flowers bloom from His eyes. Created with acrylics and iridescent tones, I used varying shades of gold, silver, and mother-of-pearl white to bring it to life.
The painting symbolizes the moment of profound awakening. The flowers blooming from the eyes represent the Buddha perceiving the ultimate truth of existence: the cycle of birth, aging, sickness, and death—the intricate connection between life and the universe."
